We add try to add one new photo group each month (unfortunately do to time constraints this doesn't always happen). All the images in the gallery are available for purchase and of course, you may look for free.
The images you will see in our web store are low resolution "GALLERY PROOF" quality. This means the images have had basic editing for the Photo Gallery but the final editing to optimize the images for printing has NOT been performed. Before printing your order, we will crop (resize) and edit every image as needed for color, brightness, contrast, any retouching, etc. needed to ensure you receive the highest quality image we can deliver to you.
All images in the Gallery are available as Photographs, Post Cards and Gallery Wraps and more. Photographs are printed on premium quality Kodak or Fuji photographic paper and are true photographs (not inkjet prints). We also offer custom framing services please e-mail us for details. Post Cards are printed on Post Card Stock accepted by the U.S. Postal Service and finished with a protective glossy coating. Our Gallery Wraps are printed on Premier Art Canvas which is wrapped around a 3/4 inch stretcher frame. Gallery Wraps are delivered as a finished product ready for hanging in your home or office.
Our Labs give us a 14 day quality warranty which applies to you, the purchaser of the photos, gallery wraps, post cards or other products. This means if you are not happy with the quality of a product, you must contact us immediately for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return the product to us immediately. The lab will replace the product at no charge and the replacement will be returned to you as soon as possible. There is no shipping charge on the replacement product; however you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us (just as you would with any product from most other retail companies). You may return them in person or ship them to us. Since the labs all perform a quality control check and we also see the products before they are shipped to you quality issues are so rare we can't remember the last time there was a quality related issue. We are happy to say there has not been a quality related issue since before January of 2000 which is when we began tracking lab mistakes, quality concerns and shipping problems. If you have a product that is damaged in shipping, contact us immediately for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return it to us within 7 days and we will order a replacement product from the lab and ship it to you as soon as possible at no charge. Again you are responsible for returning the product to us so we can return it to the lab and obtain a replacement for you. We will be happy to attempt to recover the shipping charge from the shipping company that damaged your order for you.
